 Named for the Acacia tree of the African plains, this tier is focused on clarity and separation. Acacia coffees are roasted with a high key approach. Soft, diffused, and precise. These are designed to reveal origin character of the coffee without weight or distraction. These roasts are delicate, full of the aromatics and structured acidity that define expressive coffees.
