Flavor Note: Dark caramelized sugars blended with semi-sweet chocolate accents. It has well defined acidity, bright with a hint of lemon rind. The aroma has very nice fruit notes as the coffee cools, like mango, and ripe orange
Roaster’s Note: While still very much a fruited dry process, this lot from Halo Beriti showed impressive sweetness. This one has allot of soul to it and with a cup score of near 93... there's no wonder why.
