Roaster's Note: The name "Nano Challa" refers to a local mythic tale about a challenge to become King of Jimma, and the coop adopted it to signify their desire to be a strong cooperative.

 This washed Heirloom coffee reveals compact sweetness that opens into a honeyed stone fruit, laced with bright citrus & tea-like notes that make it both expressive and balanced. Medium roast development keeps sweetness and clarity front and center while providing enough body for both pour-over and filter brew methods, and a nuanced shot in espresso for the curious.
