Shipping Policy:
All orders are fulfilled on the next available roast cycle to ensure maximum freshness.. Oak Roastworks roasts weekly every Sunday, and all coffee orders placed before 11:59 PM Saturday will be roasted and shipped during that week’s cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following Sunday roast. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information, and delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Oak Roastworks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or conditions beyond our control, but we’ll always work with you to make sure your experience is smooth and reliable.
