Refund policy

Return Terms:
 All coffee sales are final to ensure freshness, quality, and food-safety standards.. we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any roasted or unroasted coffee products once they have left our facility.
 Non-coffee merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required. Customers must contact our support team for return authorization before sending any items back. Refunds for eligible merchandise will be issued once the return is received and inspected, excluding shipping costs.
 If any order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the affected item so long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery
