Roaster's Note: Parainema is a unique specialty of Arabica coffee originating form Central America. Often celebrated as the Honduras Gesha. It carries a sweet, lively well balanced profile, unlike Kesha, this one is a bit more resilient to pest and diseases making it a very sustainable specialty Arabica.
